GIHA Owner’s Gate Code Request Form for Contractors
If you have contractors that will need repeated access to GIHA for 3 or more days, a 4-digit code will be provided. This form must be received at least 3 days prior to the first day of their visit. The receipt of this form will generate a dated gate code for your contractors which will allow access between 7 am and 7 pm, Monday – Sunday. The code will be provided to you and it is your responsibility to provide the code to the contractors in advance of their arrival. If work is not completed by the originally requested date, please contact Ann Hamil (akhamil@comcast.net) to extend the code.
