GIHA Notification of Renter Occupancy Form

In order for the renter to gain access to the GIHA community, this form must be received at least 3 days prior to renter’s start date to guarantee a gate access code. This form must be completed each time the property is rented. The receipt of this form will generate a dated gate code for the renter. It will be the responsibility of owner or rental agency to provide code to renter in advance of their arrival. Please complete the form below and hit submit.
