GIHA Gate Code Request Form for Renters

If you have renters that will need repeated access to GIHA for 3 or more days, a 4-digit code will be provided. This form must be received at least 3 days prior to the first day of their visit. The receipt of this form will generate a dated gate code for your contractors which will allow access during the requested time period. The code will be provided to you and it is your responsibility to provide the code to the renters in advance of their arrival.
